Our mission is to provide excellent care after school for the children of Imizamo Yethu, keeping them safe and utilising every minute for fun, learning and discovery.

Our vision is for children to reach their academic potential with a growth mindset for life’s challenges whilst thriving emotionally, socially and spiritually.

Our Main Objectives

1. To provide safe, enriching care for children after school in Imizamo Yethu by employing and training excellent mentors and facilitator and maintaining a safe learning environment.

2. To provide the children with afternoon nutrition to continue brain power, and to support physical and mental development.

3. To enable parents of historically disadvantaged backgrounds to integrate into the South African workforce, by providing suitable and reliable space and care for their children till the end of the working day.

4. To create employment opportunities, with reasonable pay, within the community, for the community, to assist in breaking the cycle of poverty.

5. To create a space of interaction for members of all of South African society, from different national, social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.
